"Extremely well equipped townhouse quiet, upstairs, bedrooms, with very comfortable king bed, terrific shower, plenty of kitchen, living room, dining room, space, easy access to everything, and a block and a half from the beach. Who could ask for more. We frequently rent in Jacksonville and this is one of the best condos we've ever stayed in. It even has an upstairs porch from which you can hear the ocean, as well as a down stairs outside patio. We had a great stay here and recommended highly."

"Brandon was great. Unfortunately we woke up the first night at 4:00 AM. 5 or 6 people where having a screaming fight on the street followed up by banging on the door at the house across the street. The fight lasted for 15 minutes. The second night the battery in the smoke detector died and that started beeping at 3:00 AM. Just bad luck I guess. Other than that all went well. "
