"This home is simple but very quaint inside and very accommodating. It was more spacious inside than the pictures reveal. We loved the location (3 blocks from the beach and easy access to the highway). We could walk to a wonderful coffee shop 2 blocks away. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to spend time in the heart of Jacksonville Beach."

"Great condo on the ocean. First floor unit was great for morning coffees by the pool. Not heated but nice anyway. Pool bathroom a surprise. The furnishings were cozy and comfortable, bedrooms at opposite ends of unit was nice. Nice master shower. Also parking was so convenient to the unit. Felt like valet parking! Lol. A short walk to the beach from the gate, great access to the beach. Very clean property, both inside and out. I would come here again! "
