"Very enjoyable stay in Hakone. All the staff were very helpful the hotel onsen and private onsen on our balcony were bliss! I wish l had realised we could have got a train to Gora station and then ask for the hotel to send a car to pick us up. The shuttle is less frequent "

"The property was perfectly located by the lake surrounded by nature and within walking distance to buses, the ropeway and cruise ships. Our twin room with open air bath was exceptionally clean and our room, along with the rest of the property, had all the amenities you needed, of a high standard. The only downside were the meals. Being a little isolated, the accommodation rate includes a breakfast and dinner buffet, however despite the extensive menu, they fail to provide any hot vegetable dishes… not ideal for non meat eaters. Regardless, we still recommend a stay at this beautiful spot on the lake."

"What an excellent space for a quiet vacation. It's a bit far from shopping but they have free shuttle to go to Gora station or to Sounzan station. Room is spacious in the newer annex building. A little pricey but it is luxurious."

"This hotel is just wonderful. A great view of the mountains and a nice break to relax in between Osaka and Tokyo. Would definitely recommend and would come back! The food was also delicious and the staff was very attentive to our family and kids!"
