"Address is incorrect and phone number does not work. Had to walk in the dark on a busy highway with no street lights and only light from my phone. Its not a hotel qith dogs. More like a dog hotel. The whole place smells like soggy wet dog. Didnt use anything in the room. Afriad kight have been used for dogs. More like a dog hotel than a hptel for human with dogs. I was prepared to crawl into doggy bed. "

"We had an excellent experience at KAI Ito! Our family of four stayed in a room with a private hot spring tub. The suite was large and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were included. The food was extravagant and excellent, but note that it will not be appropriate for very picky eaters. The staff were all incredibly welcoming, accomodating to children, and their English was fantastic! I highly recommend this resort for families. We will definitely be staying at KAI resorts any time we're...
