We had a wonderful time at The Inn on Columbia. Madeline and Kenn were wonderful hosts. We were visiting Ithaca College and the location was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and generous. We hope to return again someday.

The breakfast alone is worth a visit! Perfect location to access downtown commons and quick drives to the top nature areas and Cornell campus. This was our first visit to Ithaca and we will definitely return!

The house is beautifully restored, and guests have access to the living room/dining room area to read or relax. It's a short walk to town, so the location can't be beat. And the breakfast? Yum! Truly everything you could want in a B&B.

We had a great stay at the Inn on Columbia. The breakfast was wonderful, including fresh fruits and scones, and our host had an excellent selection of books to browse through. We recently went for an extended weekend trip and were very happy with our stay. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk from the downtown area and its conveniences. The owners were personable and provided quality feedback and recommendations on locations to visit based on our questions and tastes. The morning breakfasts were absolutely delicious and homey. We were so thrilled with the quality of the food every morning. Everything was clean, uniquely decorated, and you could feel the owners' touch in the construction and layout. If you're looking to do a couple's vacation in the area, then this is a fantastic and unique destination.

Did not really intend to reserve at B&B but glad I did. The Inn is very clean and tastefully decorated with countless thoughtful touches. I had complete privacy. Easy check in and in/out. Breakfast a sumptuous feast with all the variety one could desire. Madeline is a gracious host, warm and friendly in perfect balance.

I've stayed at many inns and bnbs and this one is well-run and on the top of my list! The room was very clean and cute. Check-in process was super easy and hassle-free. Madeline called me ahead to let me know the room was ready for us as we were in a rush to attend a wedding. The breakfast prepared by her was fantastic and the dining space itself was a beauty. She also got a lot of nice local art at display. We loved the vibe. You have to stay here when visiting Ithaca!

Rent the Gazebo for a Secluded Getaway
We stayed overnight in the standalone, airy gazebo. Comes with a comfy firm king bed, soft sheets, a jet tub & a wet room shower. The ceiling is painted an airy blue & there are 2 sets of drapes to block the light & make you feel secluded. Comes with a wraparound porch & a rent-a-puppy named Olive. ♥️ We declined the puppy but said yes to a fabulous breakfast. (they didn’t actually offer the puppy to rent, but she’s a friendly little thing that made it feel like home.) Lots of good things. The only negative is that the tv is small & a little tough to see from bed (admittedly we are used to 55” or bigger). 10-min walk from Ithaca Commons & Restaurant Row. Wonderful hospitality!
