"The hotel had a welcoming and accommodating team of staff. The food in Carluccios was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was a good size with a balcony and the beds were comfortable. House keeping had forgotten to put any water in our room but this was quickly rectified when we phoned down to reception. "

"The staff was fantastic. Front desk staff was very accommodating. They booked us early morning transport and transport to Heathrow for very reasonable prices. Having worked in the hospitality business for over 20 years I can appreciate how hard all of the staff worked for a 5 star stay for my daughter and myself. Train station and subway only two blocks away was a bonus. Room service was also very good. "

"Hotel is situated perfectly for visiting Camden etc. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Room decor was just okay but I understand they are going through a refurb at the moment. Was very surprised that they don’t offer complimentary water for the room. And I guess I’m out of touch but £18 for breakfast (as nice as it was) seems unbelievably steep. "

"I sont often leave a review but this hotel was fantastic. Lovely 1 night stay with the kids. Huge spacious deluxe family room which meant that there was a single bed each for the kids. Lots of space in the room and a chromecast which meant you could stream a film at night onto the tv to keep kids happy. Breakfast was very good. Helpful staff...gluten free bread and corn flakes on offer. Good qualiry food. I have to say one of the nicest hotels ive stayed in with the kids. "

"I didnt look when i booked. So we had to share a bathroom with 2 other rooms. So speed and timing were essential. I read a comment on the ratings of a cold room. There is aknob on the radiator that stops this problem. I do however ferl that maybe the radiator could have been on when we arrived, the room was freezing. I found the whole experience very impersonal, nobody greets you. It seems they clean the rooms and thats it."

Fab hotel

"Was nervous booking this hotel because the room has no windows (I have a fear of enclosed spaces), but the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom nice. I was out most of my 5-night stay anyway. The onsite cafe was good too. Staff friendly and helpful overall, and they allowed me early check-in and later check-out (though you do pay for both but it's not expensive). Hotel is right between Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, so right in the heart of London. "

"Absolutely love this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everyone who works here is awesome and always very welcoming. Even the architecture and interior design of the hotel is awesome. My only 2 complaints are that I hate a bathroom with no door (especially when the shower is right next to the open arch), and I don’t quite understand the toilet down the hall and separate from the bathroom? But those are small inconveniences more than anything. Like I said, I adore this hotel and will be coming back :)"
