My room and the common areas were so clean, everything was fully stocked down to the tissues, check-in and check-out took seconds, and the mattress was quite frankly the comfiest place I’ve ever slept so if I ever find myself in Islington again, I know exactly where I’ll be staying! Worth the money, definitely."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Malmaison Charterhouse Square very much. Staff was uniformly helpful and cheerful, our room on the 6th floor was quiet and comfortable (especially the not-too-soft, not-too-hard bed), and all the facilities were spotless and well appointed. We had a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant as well. Lots of little extras, like tea- and coffee-making facilities, biscuits, and lovely toiletries, plus quirky decor details made the stay especially nice."

"Studio was small but well equipped - & everything worked. Tight for 2, perfect for one. Excellent bed & bedding, excellent lighting, spotlessly clean, shower a bit feeble but worked ok. Very quiet despite being in a busy part of London. Recommended, especially if you want the option to self-cater. "
