Had to ask for a hairdryer. Very sweet and friendly ladies at the front desk. Despite of old age, the hotel is kept very clean. Needs electrical outlets near beds. Location close to beach and in walking distance of multiple places to eat. "

"The hotel butts up against the ocean so there are amazing views from the patio area and straddles two beaches. The room was lovely. We had a great view of the ocean from our windows and it was clean and comfortable. The king size room was large enough to comfortably spend time in it when we were ready for a break from the sun. The staff are amazing - accommodating and friendly. They make La Playita a truly special place. Easily walkable access to nearby dining and shopping via roads or beach....

"I liked that the pool area had shade for people that got too much sun to be able to still enjoy it. There was a casino attached so there was entertainment at night.
