You have to leave your car on the road (which cops stopped and made my friend move the car) then use a code to get into the building, then register with security before going up to the room where another door pad code is needed to enter the room. "This property is directly off the beach just like it stated. The view from the balcony is amazing. However it was difficult to communicate not speaking Spanish. I do have a translator app witch helped . Getting access to the right gate and building was a challenge. The apartment itself is definitely outdated. There are no modern amenities.
