Restaurants nearby are very good. we also rented golfcart just from front of the hotel and visited Punta sur. Clean drinking water is available at hotel."

"Great place right on the ocean. It’s an easy walk from the ferry terminal and to all the local restaurants and shops. I only wished they had public water jug to fill water bottles so you don’t have to use so many plastic bottles. "

"This was a very nice getaway for me, my husband and our friends, for my 50th birthday! The grounds were clean and well maintained. It was peaceful and quiet, the Mexican buffet on the beach was great, as were the tacos at the Beach Club, the breakfast buffet at Sabor and the dinners we enjoyed at the brazilian steak night and Japanese food at Satay! Thank you also to Michel who went the extra mile with cake, rose and rose petals in our suite for my birthday, and rose petals and a beautiful romantic beach dinner for me and my husband. There was rarely a time we couldn't find seats together out near the beach, and the pool swim up bar attendants were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately as with most all-inclusives, the alcohol was subpar and it was not even an option to pay for the good stuff. Drinks were very weak. But, that's really the only complaint we had. We rented a golf cart a couple times and went other places on the island, which was fun. But there is plenty of shopping and eating within walking distance if you prefer. I highly recommend Privilege Aluxes and expect we will return sometime! "

"Wonderful staff! Beautiful warm calm beach. Rooms area need work, basic but clean. Would love to see a bit more nightly entertainment and more daily activities. Food was pretty decent, great staff. "

"The hotels location, its beauty and most importantly the staff! Fredrico the hotel manager was very accommodating. My mom has sight challenges and he was able to get my mom a room closer to the amenities. Very grateful! Lina at concierge was friendly and very helpful too! Sonny at the bar was always prompt with drinks and food at the beach! Thank you guys! I will definitely miss this hoteland its staff! Will definitely be back! Muchas gracias! "
