This resort was very disappointing. We booked the presidential suite for the 2nd half of our visit to Isla Mujeres so we could just stay in the suite and relax with room service for meals and drinks, which was included and we had the all inclusive option. Upon arrival, we learned that they do not allow alcohol for room service and the menu was very limited to basic bar food. They only allowed you to get two drinks at a time from the bar so we had to make trips every time we wanted a drink. The fridge was mini so couldn't fit much in there. The food was terrible except for the fries. We had to leave the resort for every meal, reminder it was all inclusive, so that was a huge disappointment. Beer was cool to warm, not cold. The pools were freezing. The beach is tiny with limited seats that were taken most of the day. We were told in a message through Expedia that they would book transfers back to the airport. They do not. They told us we could rent the boat for $400 per hour to find out it was "booked" the entire time but never left the dock. They had one choice for red wine - Merlot. It was like being in a scam of confusion from start to finish. What we liked... the room was great, a/c was great, hot water in the shower, nice towels. Mateo was the most positive thing about this resort. He was there every day from sun up to sun down making sure everyone was happy with a smile on his face. Roberto at the pool/beach was also great. I had an in room massage that was nice.
