"Everything was perfect. Minus the fact that you can’t find any food or beverage at all on the resort after 11pm. Also the dinner service every night was extremely slow and the staff claimed to be out of a lot of food items the whole trip - turns out they just didn’t want to make them… outside of that, the resort is beautiful and well maintained and the staff wait on you hand and foot. Definitely would go back. "

"It's a really nice little hotel. The rooms are compact but clean. No elevators so try to stay on the lower floors. During the rain, it can be a little slippery. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms so you have to keep a very tiny window open most of the time (which is mostly fine). You cannot use toilet paper and flush it down. You have to throw it in a very small garbage can which is too small. Location is excellent. The street is full of dining and shopping options that stay on and lit up...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Have been to Isla many times, but this was our first time staying South Island. Our room was comfortable and roomy with many extras. Bonus was having a free breakfast at the affiliated KinHa Beach Club, where you can also spend the day enjoying the loungers and water toys. Several very good restaurants within a short walk. The whole area had a nice vibe and very chill. Highly recommend."
