"The friendliness and efficiency of the staff was wonderful! Severe greeted by Mateo upon our arrival and I felt we would be in good hands. Our family enjoyed the delicious meals and drinks in the dining room. The wait staff-Alejandro, Hugo, Albert, and Abdel ( I think that was his name) were excellent! I would definitely like to come back to Hotel Belo again. The beach area was rather small but there was a large pool area. "

"Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Food was about average. Only real issue were the guests that spent all day at the pool bar and then yell and scream obscenities for hours because they’re wasted. These were people in their 40s-60s acting like spring break college kids. We had a lovely room near the pool and were glad the pool bar closed at 6. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and went out of their way for you. "

"I’ve stayed at multiple properties on Isla Mujeres and this one is by far the best. The entire property is very well maintained and the staff were so anttentive and friendly. I really liked that this was truly an all inclusive and there were no up charges aside from spa services. There were plenty of waiters, bartenders, and loungers by the pool and on the beach. "The staff was the absolute best!!! Renting a golf cart was easy, walking about easy, relaxing on the beach so nice. The property is to the south of the island, so away from all the party scene, but still a great party vibe. We stayed a week and would absolutely stay again. A short walk from several great restaurants and bars. But seriously, try a golf cart for 24 hrs, go see the sun rise at the far south of the island, you won’t regret it. "The hotel is lovely, low key and quiet. The hosts, Carlos and Roger, are so welcoming and helpful. The view is beautiful as claimed. And the on-site restaurant is terrific. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Besides, breakfast is included with lots of delicious options. There are also a few walkable dining sites around the property. If you are looking for a restful vacay, this is the place!!"

"The view was so beautiful..close to the snorkeling spot and the views are the best ..about 100 steps from Norte beach …awesome restaurant called garden grill for breakfast/lunch and few doors down is Grill their sister restaurant that serves dinner all so so delicious "

"It's a really nice little hotel. The rooms are compact but clean. No elevators so try to stay on the lower floors. During the rain, it can be a little slippery. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms so you have to keep a very tiny window open most of the time (which is mostly fine). You cannot use toilet paper and flush it down. You have to throw it in a very small garbage can which is too small. Location is excellent. The street is full of dining and shopping options that stay on and lit up...

"Best location in Isla on Playa Norte. Beach has eroded some but still plenty of room for beach chairs and umbrella, that are complimentary with stay. Water is crystal clear and warm. Rooms are basic with mini fridge and bottled water. Shower has no pressure, and pack your own hair dryer and beach towels."
