"The facilities are new and comfortable, and very clean which is great. The economy rooms are smaller than you’re probably used to, a bit tight for two. But if you’re in a budget it’s good. The area is well serviced, but it is quiet far from the touristy areas you need to walk down and uphil (12-18 mns) to transportation, I had my mum with me which was difficult but taxis are readily available in the area. The hotel Taxi charged us extra for tolls we got another transportation on our way back...

"The hotel is very beautiful the staff Bassam,Hisham,Asad,Ismael and the manger Nihad is very nice with the hotel guests where very kind respectful helpful and welcoming the service was excellent the hotel room was comfortable loved the balcony this is my second visit to this hotel very happy and pleased with the atmosphere if I come to Istanbul again I will definitely book with this hotel"

"If there was a minus point, I would give it that. The rooms are very small and not clean. Water accumulates in the shower cabin. Shower heads are broken. There is no parking for cars. Don't be fooled by the good reviews, it's probably a lie and not the truth."
