"This is about a hour from IST airport. Also, about an hour from the touristy areas, Hagia Sophia etc. the area has bed afternoon traffic and I actually had to get out of a cab and run for a mile before traffic cleared to get into a diff cab to catch a train to Bulgaria. "It’s a basic hotel, but it is a COMPLETE hotel less than 5mins walk to the Grand Bazaar, Beyazit area and T1 tram line which connects to alot of attractions. Lotsa of delicious eateries nearby. Ayasofya is just 2 stops away. I was a solo traveler but the hotel is very safe with a night guard and reception always on duty. And the heater keeps you warm on cold nights, the shower is nice and hot. And the breakfast is home-made by a kind lady in the kitchen. And house-keeping always keeps your room...

"Don't really know where to start with this one, £16 a room per night, clean cheap and central so we can't complain. However, it's not the hotel from the pictures, so this is advice for any future visitors as we'd never have found it without our taxi driver who also struggled.
