"We came for the Sapporo Snow Festival and this hotel was in a great location for our trip. Aside from being walking distance, the near by tram stops made it easy to have excursions to other parts of the city, like to Susukino for example. "

The bed was really cozy, and the bathroom was nice and tidy. The hotel also had great amenities. I enjoyed the restaurant’s food, and the pool was a nice spot to relax. "We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko. Both busses stopped at the hotel and resorts, so we didn't have to slough our luggage through the snow. Also, the Kieo Plaza Hotel stored extra luggage for the week we were in Niseko. We had several heavy pieces of luggage and cutting those down to the essential ski equipment was nice. Overall the staff was extremely helpfull helping with our luggage and making sure our trip went smoothly. The room was clean and well outfitted with coffee, fridge, etc. that met our needs. Across the street is a 7-Eleven that you can get essentials at, and there is a late night bar just a couple blocks up the street, with very good food if you get in late and the resturant is closed. We ate at the Breakfast buffet Saturday and the food was excellent. Overall the Kieo Plaza Hotel was a perfect fit and I highly reccomend staying there."

"The Hotel Emion in Sapporo was a perfect stay for arriving in Japan for the first night! The facilities are clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful with plenty of amenities which we didn’t have time to even get to all of them. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I recommend this hotel for anyone but especially those looking for a conveniently located place close to Sapporo Station. "
