"The accommodation was clean and had all the utilities you would need for a short or longer stay. We cooked most night so it was very handy having a cooker, full fridge, cooking appliance and utensils. They cleaned our room once for our long stay. Walking distance to town and to the train station. I would definitely stay again "

"Spent 2 nights here on a side quest from Tokyo before heading back to the US. Location was great. Maybe 5 min walk from the station. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. Room was considerably smaller than our room in Shibuya, but it was 1/5 the price. Clean and in good shape. Only big downside was lack of pillows and a very hard mattress. "Very good hotel if you are in Sapporo for a few nights. We stayed in a king room with no view and it was small for 2 adults and a toddler and luggage. But for 2 nights it was manageable. Breakfast was good but offering was the same throughout the stay. Onsen is good and clean. Location is really good. Front desk staff speak little english that helped us sort things out and they were very helpful. Overall i would return for a short stay. "

"This was my second time staying here. Locaiton is not too far by foot to Susukino and the Tanukikoji Shopping Street. The Clock Tower and TV Tower are very close. Good amenities and service too - you can opt out of a daily room service but still get new towels and robes. Shower is level with the rest of the bathroom and great water pressure. Parking is right beside the lobby and a cafe is on the ground floor. Plenty of konbini nearby too. Overall this is an excellent value hotel and I hope to...

"The property was in walking distance to the bus stops and train station. The challenge of having luggage is dragging it through snow. The taxi to Sapporo station was less than 1,000 yen, so that made it easier to get to the train station to get to the airport. Overall, great amenities. Breakfast was amazing, happy hour was also a lovely surprise. The public bath and laundry facilities were also great. "

"The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. They were also kind enough to let us know that due to the number of individuals staying at the hotel. It would be a good idea to come earlier for breakfast, Doing the saved us a lot of time, as we left we noted the large number of folks queuing for food. The interior of the hotel is a bit older, there was construction going on during the core hours of the working day, and certain items in the room did not work like the radio that’s built into the bed. I’m not sure if this is simply due to the age of the item or the functional operational abilities. Overall, it was a great place for a quick stay in the city. "

"It was a quick stop for us so we didn't mind a traditional Japanese business hotel. Room size was decent while furniture outdated. Mattress was not super comfortable but nothing too much beyond our expectation. Check-in staff speak little English but were generally helpful. Parking lot is narrow, but again all within our expectations. Area is vibrant with a good range of restaurant options and very walkable. Value for the price."
