"Overall great stay. Disliked the internet setup and we were unable to use our own streaming without a fee. Disappointing. For the upscale of the hotel. Connecting to our own streaming service should have been ver easy and smooth. Also valet forgot to give my daughter her car key..she was lucky they called me to let us know before she stopped her car for gas. Would have been bad for her being very pregnant and no way to get keys to her. ?!?"

"We didn’t get check in to our hotel it was burnt down I best get my money credit it to me on my card this is awful not a good experience with this hotel.com need better communication letting someone know there hotel is burnt down."

"Big roach in bathroom. Needs some improvements with tile coming away from hall. Plastic fork on wall. Bed was comfortable. "
