"On the plus side the accommodation is situated next to lake windermere and the mountains so glorious scenery guaranteed. Invermere is a friendly town with lots of shopping available. My main disappointment was the failure of communications between myself and the property owner to ensure accommodation was available on our arrival. The instructions on the booking confirmation was to contact the owner 24hrs before arrival however on doing so I was only able to contact an answering machine. On...

"Great stay and great value. Breakfast included would only be the one nice addition."

"The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were great. We enjoyed our room. One suggestion would be to upgrade the pillows on the bed. We asked the housekeeper for new ones and she brought us two newer ones. The breakfast was adequate but could use more hot served foods like scrambled eggs or bacon. The coffee, tea and hot chocolate was available 24 hour in the lobby. The restaurant was great that was connected to the hotel. The parking was great. We would definitely return. "
