"The staff at the front were friendly and helpful, and spoke english which was nice! Room was bigger than I expected and had a nice view, could see the budokan roof from my room. Also has a coin laundry machine thats all automatic, set it and walk away for a couple hours. Also within 5-10 minutes of walking to a couple stations, also very close to the Imperial Palace/Gardens/Budokan, 10-20 minutes away depending on which entrance and was surprisingly quiet and calm to get around. 7/11 right out...

"Decent 10 mins walk to JR Okachimachi station. Plenty of shopping and food options around the station. There's a AEON store just two streets away for your grocery needs. Staff were awesome. Courteous, helpful, and friendly. Only suggestion is to vacuum or clean the carpets more often. Saw the dust under the beds when trying to retrieve an item that rolled under. Our kids also sneezed quite a bit, seemingly from the dust in the room. Booked another stay next April. Hope to see some improvement in...
