"I really liked this place, despite some eccentricities. Estrella del Norte is run by a few generations of a Canarian family, and feels like a family-run establishment. The building is somewhat dated, but boasts fantastic views both ways, of the sea and nearby Teide volcano. They keep it spotlessly clean, and are very welcoming. "The house is lovely. Spacious and contains everything. Comfortable beds and an excellent kitchen which is very well equipped. All manner of useful utensils. Excellent fridge/freezer and very nice coffee machine. Kitchen opens out to lovely outside areas. Lots of places to sunbath amongst the flowers and shrubs. Everything is of a very high quality here. You need a car although there is the bus stop within walking distance. The Lidl supermarket is 15 min walk. A nice restaurant about 10 min walk....

"This little house is quiet and set in a very peaceful farm. Lovely views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. It was a little tricky to find but sat nav put us right there, we just couldn't see it! Robert was there to guide us in and delivered our case and shopping right to the cottage in his wheelbarrow. He also gave us some wine and delicious fruit as well as advice on where to go. If you like a quiet, basic and simple holiday home, this is ideal. We loved it. The Volcano, Masca,...

"The pictures of the property really don’t do it justice- we were pleasantly surprised when entering the property grounds. The check in process was easy. The inside kitchen is a bit small but the outdoor one is huge! The villa has lovely sea views and is more spacious than it seems.The only downside to the stay was a very cold pool, didn’t really get use of of it due to this - however I imagine in the summer it is perfect. Definitely would return here, love the location. "

"The house is in a nice secluded location. The garden with all the flowers and little ponds is large and beautifully kept. The house itself is spacious and beautifully furnished, the hot tub is of course perfect. And the owner is very helpful and responsive. It is a great place to relax."
