"The elevator was out of service. I have right knee problem. I was not aware that it was out of service. The tv was not working, but the maintenance got it to turn on. But this is my favorite place to stay. It's alway the first time thing goes wrong. "

"The rooms are good but the hotel is not very secure. Main doors open to the outside. Underground parking has no doors. Everything including the elevator is accessible by anyone at any time. Somebody could access bypassing the desk by the elevator or stairs and the front desk would never know. "

"It was not convenient for a person with luggage. We had to drag the luggage up the small staircase outside of the hotel."
