"The room for our party of 5 was upgraded to a loft unit, which was quite nice. Just two little quibbles - the mattress for the sofa bed needs to be replaced (one could feel the springs) and the banisters for the stairs going up to the unit were only on the left side, which was not comfortable. The breakfast was also quite basic. But overall, a great stay. Unit was great, service was great. We will stay there again if we are in the area."

"The front desk crew and especially Diane.,? She did a great job of fixing my reservation issue with Expedia and got me the room and was cheerful throughout even with a line of people with the same issues she remained helpful. I highly recommend her for compensation, and I will stay there again because of her."
