"Arrived 10pm after getting a little misplaced in area, but was welcomed and shown to our room. Lodgings a bit dated, but for an overnight stay before heading to the airport it was great. Twin room with en-suite was just what was needed. TV, Kettle with tea and coffee, fan, and towels provided. Couple of things to note: 1. They ask for ID of main guest and take a picture of it 2. "So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"
