All the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for you. We had an evening meal on the Friday which was very nicely cook and delicious. "This property was conviently located in the Shepherd's Bush area - lovely - quite diverse community. We stayed in the hotel and had a couple of meals in the restaurant/pub. The staff were fun and really cared about how our stay was. Wendy, the room attendant, was terrific! She helped us ensure our experience was nothing but the best. The Nespresso coffee pods, provided milk, tea and very cool sugar gave our mornings the punch they needed! I look forward to staying here in the near future!"

"My only negative comment is to make sure what you you book. I booked a deluxe king room and was given the suite which was actually a loft. My boyfriend is 6’3 so he was hitting his head on the ceiling often. Unfortunately the inn was not able to accommodate us to another room. I don’t blame the hotel I think it was Expedia fault. But if you have any physical disabilities this room would not work for you. "
