"The staff were outstanding. They were friendly, supportive and informative. I really appreciate that the option is available to purchase food and drinks after hours. Each last member of staff were very decent and a joy to interact with. I soooo appreciate their hospitality and assistance. The surrounding areas are stunningly beautiful, especially the park in front of the hotel. The stores within this area are unique and enjoyable to visit. The hotel was pristine clean. The property and facilities were excellent. I really appreciate your help and I will highly recommend this facility to any wouldbe traveller. "

"The Good Hotel is conveniently located for The O2 as it is right next to the sky gondolas that take you right across the river. It is a few minutes walk away from the nearest train station. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet with a great story and reason for existing. The rooms are small but provide everything that is needed for a short stay. Would recommend and stay again. "
