"Really nice hotel, close to airport and 40 mins from the city"

"Most of the staff were extremely professional and very friendly. There was one staff in the restaurant who was outstanding. Her name was Joelle. There were 2 hostesses who acted like they were above everyone, including guests and staff. They seemed to always be counseling staff in front of customers. They need to be counseled on supervising skills, if that was what they were doing. We were there for 2 weeks, so we were very aware of what was going on.the front desk staff and cafe staff were excellent too. We were sad to leave."

"A lovely warm welcome on check in. We stayed in a superior double room which was a good size. Bathroom was nice, decent shower. Massive tv but the best thing was the view! It was spectacular. We had a clear view of the Shard, Tower Bridge, the London Eye, really breathtaking. The hotel was in a good location, about 10 minutes from the tube, shops and restaurants. Perfect for location us visiting the Excel and Holborn. Would stay here again."
