"The rooms are small but comfortable, and the location and price are good compared to similar options in Canary Wharf. We had a fire alarm in the building on my most recent stay, and I thought the staff handled everything well (explained why we couldn't go back in to people trying to reenter the hotel, guiding people to the outdoor heaters, giving updates, etc.). They don't seem to accept one-day reservations but this has become my go-to when I'm visiting London on weekends."

"Nice hotel but not the best location. Insofar as you need to take a taxi from main station:canary wharf. O2 is on the other side of the river so although not far in distance; again you would require a taxi to get there. Overall though a nice hotel...lovely bar area with amazing music. The spa area closed at 6, so didn't get a chance to enjoy it.Lovely buffet breakfast. Polite and helpful staff. "

"This hotel was great! The indoor swimming pool stays open until 11 pm and they provide robes for the pool upon request. The pool area is nice and warm. The hotel and room was clean. I wish it was closer to Heathrow though. It is right at the District Line, so it is conveniently located for the tube."

"It was a very pleasant stay over 2 nights. We had breakfast in the first morning which was a good and fresh selection. Staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and great to relax in. Lovely bathroom area - no bath but lovely shower. Noticeably there was no outside noise as the sound insulation was so good. Downsides are there’s no car park, the only one is the nearby Travelodge costing £20 for 24 hours. Perhaps a better rate can...
