This property is very unique and has a lot of history in the house itself and also in the carefully curated collection of art and other fun antique artifacts that the owners have decorated it with. The property itself is larger than most Tahoe area lots, and the dog-friendly policy was wonderful for us. There is even a fenced-in dog area behind the house that kept our furry loved ones safe and happy. The property managers are very friendly, cooperative...

"PRO: Walkable from both the lake & ski resort. Bonus free breakfast. Breakfast was delish. Free parking so you don't have to pay $5 to park in Homewood. Has a nice dock/patio in the back for lake access. Convenience store is also walkable. Nice receptionist/workers. Clean & well-stocked rooms. Has an abundance of pillows even inside the closet. Has fridge & TV."

"The house is large but cozy. The view over the lake is amazing. Half our tribe went snowboarding at Palisades and the rest of us stayed in and watched the snow accumulate, and boy did it. Very good communication with owner. We had a great time. Because there were 10 of us, a few more comfy chairs or beanbags in the living room would be nice. Snowplow for driveway was much appreciated. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"Great place for a small family. Fenced yard was big and great for our daughter and our dog. Covered hot tub was amazing after long days in the snow. Kitchen and living with fireplace great place for the fam. And having the bedroom upstairs was nice when putting the kid to sleep early. All around solid property "

The West Shore Market is 8 mins away and has (almost) everything you need for groceries. House was clean and has two primary suites- great setup for two families. "
