"This home was perfect for our get together with longtime friends. The beach location was wonderful and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. It’s a condo unit towards the back of the property and we were able to negotiate the road in the dark. I had trouble with the access code, user error no doubt but the owner checked to ensure we were in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend this comfortable, nice home on the beach!"

"Overall, the condo is great. Solid amenities and living space. Pajaro dunes us also a great community with a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately for our stay, the electric water heater was out, and even with circut breaker resets at advice of the property owner, it was a cold shower weekend. There was also an outlet sticking well out of the vanity wall next to the sink which we actively avoided, and some seemingly exposed wire ends in the closet near the water heater and fuse box.
