When we went to the room the room was open with dirty bedding still in the doorway, however the room itself had been cleaned and made up and the dirty bedding quickly removed. " nice comfortable hotel, not aware of a so called cashless policy, when i was in possession of good old cash,and,not knowing the balance of my card. my wife and i had to dine out else where,'' your barman needs further training,came across as surly,could;nt be bothered to call last orders or better still ask customers if they required another drink before closing the bar,,, other than that ok"
