"Nice hotel in general. Price is little high, I guess because of the brand and convenient location. Staffs are very nice from checking in to helping us bring all the luggages up to our room. The room we stayed was little outdated in style, but they keep it very clean and well maintained. bed was comfortable. Breakfast is not included, need to pay extra. "

"My room was definitely very quiet. The staff were all friendly and greeted you with a smile. Location was okay. Room was clean with plenty of towels and toilet paper. Some other hotels can be quite stingy with these items. However my air con wasn't blowing cool air. I stayed one night so didn't bother mentioning it. My door lock was jamming so either couldn't lock or unlock. Staff were quick to respond and tried to fix it as best they could. "
