Because the location is right in front of a busy road you have to get your bearings in which way to walk in order to not feel like it’s not walkable. You can walk thru the back entrance to reach opera house and Nguyen hue street, you can also make a right or left to get into other areas that have more local eateries. "My room was definitely very quiet. The staff were all friendly and greeted you with a smile. Location was okay. Room was clean with plenty of towels and toilet paper. Some other hotels can be quite stingy with these items. However my air con wasn't blowing cool air. I stayed one night so didn't bother mentioning it. My door lock was jamming so either couldn't lock or unlock. Staff were quick to respond and tried to fix it as best they could. "
