"A wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and kind. We opted for the honeymoon package, which was worth every penny. The vice manager was very hospitable and even brought a singer and her escort to our romantic dinner. We also had a fantastic massage as part of the package. Truly the best we've had in Vietnam. Far better than the street parlors and way more professional. The personal touch, great facilities and overall level of the hotel make it an easy 'yes'. Will definitely stay...

"Great location, right on the river, less than 5 minutes walk to old city center, night market, several restaurants, several massage places. We had balcony with a great view of the river and old town. Hotel provided free shuttle to the beach that was very convenient. They also provided free bicycles to use. Nice breakfast with several choices. Clean room, comfortable bed. All amenities including air-condition worked well. TV had Netflix and prime. No bathroom issues. Very friendly and helpful...

"Great hotel a couple blocks from Old Hoi An so we could walk over all the time. Friendly helpful staff, especially the breakfast servers who always had friendly smiles. Loved that they had free bicycles to use (a bit old but functional), which we used to bike over to their sister property at the Silk village for the tour.
