"This is a very nice hotel in a good location in District 1. A bit difficult to find by the address. But a quiet location with secure parking for motorbike. I don't like to leave bad reviews or make negative comments however, I stayed a total of 6 nights and room was only cleaned once after i personally asked to have it done. Daily I would leave and hang the "make up room" sign and almost each day that was done I would return to see the sign had been turned over to the "do not disturb side" but...

"Quick and easy check-in/check-out. Very prompt service for requests for towels, etc. The staff man this hotel and Ailen Garden 1 a couple doors down. When there wasn't a staff member in AG 2, there was always one outside of AG 1 to come right over and help. It had all basic amenities (AC, wifi, hair dryer, etc), plus a fridge that worked well, and a safe (it's small, but it's secured to the closet floor, so someone couldn't just grab it and go). "We absolutely loved our stay at An Lam. Their attention to detail is second to none and the staff are so helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant is delicious, particularly the buffet breakfast which has cook to order options as well as the buffet. Their drinks lounge has a wonderful view over the river and many options. A special shout out to Tan for his amazing service! "
