"I have stayed here a couple of times and enjoyed it very much. The only comment I would make is that it seems understaffed at times, a long wait to check in, which was needless really if there was more staff"

"The room and inside of the hotel were fab. It was very comfortable and clean. Don’t be put off by a dated exterior. The inside is lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was good quality - no complaints. The park and ride is right next door for an easy trip into Chester. We had a happy stay. "
