"The property was as advertised, beautiful decor and many amenities plus awesome balconies to sit and watch the sunset. Only issue was the hallway to the unit which had a musty smell but using the service elevator was a way around the smell even though the service elevator had very dirty carpet."

"The place was newly remodeled and very clean. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. Building itself is old with dark hallways. But the unit itself was very well lit, spacious and comfortable. We were in town for a few days and the location was central to everything in Hilo. I would stay here again. "

The Carl Smith Beach Park next door is a huge bonus - the lagoon is a wonderful place to swim or snorkel - and you literally walk out the parking lot and you are there!"

"The place was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The view from the deck was incredible. With the windows and patio door open, there was a nice cross breeze that kept the place cool and comfortable. We were right next to Carlsmith beach Park where we snorkeled and saw lots of fish and turtles. We slept so well every single night. Randall was easy to communicate with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."
