"we stayed her a few years ago and it seems like the property has gone downhill. Our AC/Heat unit didn't work in our room and one window was broken. We mentioned and they said they would fix but never did. "

"The property is beautiful and in a great location to walk to all of Highlands. Our room was very nice and we loved our fireplace. We didn't get to use the amenities due to COVID restrictions/NC Curfew but will stay here again and can't wait to enjoy them then!"

"We'd read a mix of reviews on this property. However, our experience was that the negative reviews have no merit. This was a great place to stay in the Franklin area and everything about this stay was excellent. The only caution I would offer is to be careful turning into the road that leads up to the hotel as it is at the crest of a hill.
