"Great place. Clean and nick folks. There was a lapse in the communications between hotels.com and the facility. I had a hard time confirming my reservation as they could Not find it. (I made a back-up reservation using another service). When I arrived they finally were able to communicate with Hotels and confirmed my reservation. This was time consuming and very unsettling. "

"My stay at this adorable cottage right on Mirror Lake was incredible. It is 2 beds and 2 bath, so for me it was the perfect size. I would much rather the home be well located and beautifully decorated, which this cottage definitely was! I love getting build fires every night and walk around the adorable Mirror Lakes neighborhood during the day. It was so nice to be 3 minutes from downtown Highlands too and the check in process was easy and seamless. Stay here on your next visit to...

"It was a good a place to stay with your family, relatively close to places to take day trips. Has instruments to play and beautiful views!"

"Gorgeous views, and a cozy cabin! We loved our stay in Franklin, and enjoyed the amenities of the home. Waking up to bucolic views, and a fresh cup of coffee was wonderful. The hosts were very kind, and communication was open and friendly. Overall, very serene and peaceful. I would recommend this cabin to any and all who need a little mountain get-away. "
