"Thr Inn offered us a very convenient location for college tours. The parking was easy, and from the outside it looked great. The rooms were clean, but fairly dated. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. One even printed out a document I had left at home. We did not know, until walking through the doors, that the hotel was under renovation, so we walked into a front area with stacks of boxes and materials. "Room was lovely. I incorrectly booked for only 2 adults rather than two adults and a teen and they were very accommodating at 10:00 pm in the evening when we arrived. Very comfortable bed and bedding, beautiful shower and wonderful smelling soap/shampoo etc. and right by Clarkson University which we were visiting. Less than 5 minutes to drive there. "
