It's been about 20 years since we were in Alex Bay. It was nice to go back and see how things have changed. The place was great and Diane was easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Great Experience
When we arrived and opened the door, the first thing we noticed was the lemon fresh clean smell. Property is clean, well maintained, and the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Weekend get away with the family!
My husband and son are hard to impress, so when I say they were impressed it means something! The condo is very nice as well as the location. The condo/ boathouse combination is unique. We did not bring our boat but plan on bringing it next year.

Clean, comfortable, convenient stay!
We had a great stay at this property. Comfortable beds, very clean, plenty of towels, and enough space for our group of 7. Use of the boat house was great. Short trip to town by car or boat.

Great stay!
Excellent stay at Villa 21! We were a party of 8 (6 children) and found the townhouse to be comfortable and well equipped. The boat house was excellent for our 25ft. boat and use of the kayaks was a great perk.
