The kitchen was amazingly well equipped, the views were spectacular, and the couch and TV made for great football watching. Robert was a charming host and very communicative. "The rental unit was immaculate and well furnished. There was a coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods. There was also a water boiler and complimentary tea bags waiting for us. There were more than adequate towels and comfortable linens. Communication with the property manager was easy and any question was quickly answered. Excellent host.The location is fantastic. " Very thorough information was provided for the stay. While the decor was simple and maybe a bit of sprucing up might be nice, it was clean and had what we needed. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. It helped that we felt secure in knowing that oir rental car was safely tucked in the gated parking garage. "The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "
