"Garbage disposal did not work.subtle rumbling all day and night- off and in. Not sure if it was trucks outside, the elevator or garbage shire. Not noticeable with tv on, but noticeable at night. Electronic locks were confusing. "

"Like the other reviewer said, it's really a tale of two halves: the pre-arrival communication was lacking but the property itself was super. After making the reservation I got an email and text asking me to complete a Move In form. I had a question about the form, emailed the contact and got an immediate answer back. So far so good, but then I emailed the form back to the contact and nothing. The next day I got another email and text asking for the form so I tried again and still nothing....

"Property Manager provided the wrong building access code. We had to find somebody at the Management office for the correct code. Other than that, everything else was perfect."

"I had an easy, wonderful time. The unit is lovely and well-furnished. I needed a battery for the thermostat and the manager responded instantly. I asked for extra blankets (didn't need them) and again, the manager was very helpful. I hope we can stay here again soon!"

"I can’t say enough good things about this stay. After not being in San Francisco since 2019, my BFFs and I were very much looking forward to spending some quality time while always exploring. This stay is fantastic - we had 4 friends & a 4year old (for one day). The rooftop deck is spectacular 360 view Golden Gate Alcatraz, the Ferris wheel, (which was very fun !) Court tower in Russian Hill. Ralph! made so many great recommendations and was an excellent communicator from start to finish. Tons...

"Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days..."
