"I've stayed here heaps as it's a great spot. Some may not like the location but it's so central and you are surrounded by food, shopping, transport or walking to Central or the CBD in 5 minutes. Basic (slightly dated) apartment accomm - it's not pretending to be a motel so don't expect that. but staff are lovely and helpful"

They are a bit small, but this was fine for us since we spent most of the day out exploring. Staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and we loved all their service finishing touches. At checkout, around the lifts which is a small area there are large groups of people with their suitcases wanting to get into the very slow lift, causing congestion at that point and for those wanting to get to the very small reception space.
