"Lovely grounds and pool. Studio worked well for what we were looking for: a shower and quiet place to sleep. Kitchenette sink doubles as bathroom sink, since no sink in bathroom. Limited parking in the evening, so had to street park a couple buildings down a few nights. In front of the complex (across the street) was a homeless hangout that,we avoided after dark.."

"Lovely atmosphere, great pool, great lanai, comfy bed. Night security would be an asset due to noise at night since nobody was available to address any problems. 2 rolls of TP for 3 weeks, not enough. We were disappointed with Vacasa's exorbitant fees. "

"My family of 5, including 3 kids age 6-11, loved our stay here. We greatly appreciated the outdoor items to borrow such as boogie boards, cooler and picnic blankets. Having AC in one of the bedrooms was so nice! The location was great and wasn’t far from anything we did around Hilo. We enjoyed the chickens and boars around the complex but if you are a sensitive sleeper, they will probably wake you up. My kids loved playing in the pool. "It was a great place to stay while vacationing for the first time in Hawaii. Although we were only really there to sleep, it was comfortable and quiet for relaxing. Plenty of space and clean. I would definitely stay there again if and when I come back to Hawaii. "

"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."

"Loved the quiet and lanai on lagoon. The apartment was clean but the apartment complex is old with much weather damage. Beds are comfortable in small rooms. Property Manager was quick to respond to questions. Good info on how to find parking lot and get into apartment. Close to restaurants. Thank you. "

"Great condo just one block from the main hub of kileau kona. Clean well stocked and nice lanai to sit out on in the evening and morning . Walking distance to shops and places to eat. Definitely try Da Shark Shack."
