"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."

"Lauren’s and Nicks place was a perfect stay for us. It is up the mountain and away from any hustle and bustle. However close to many places to eat and beaches. Lauren and Nick were easily available to get a hold of. The place is small and perfect for us two and not having a TV was nice to have a break. "This was a fantastic room that is right by the ocean! The center of the complex is a botanical garden. There are flowers that line the walk-way and torches that are lit at dusk. This room could have managed four people, but we didn’t mind the extra space. It served as a great home-base as we toured the island. There is a closet full of everything you may need for a day at the beach or a journey through the forest. We made very good use of the cooler, beach chairs, and snorkeling...
