"We stayed for two nights. The rooms were large, clean and had a map on the wall showing Captain Cook's voyages of discovery! The pub downstairs is also a tapas restaurant and the food is amazing. Try the pork belly bites for a taste experience! The unavoidable downsides are that the rooms were uo two steep flights of stairs and the bathroom is shared, so if you have mobility issues or want guaranteed privacy, this may not be the hotel for you. "Disappointing hotel overall. Pretty run down, room was fairly small. Location was good, just a 10 minute walk to the underground station. For me the worst thing was that the hotel advertised a free continental breakfast - well that turned out to be just a couple of boxes of cornflakes and some milk in the room! Got only one cereal bowl as well - apparently to share between hubby and myself. No spoons for it, but got spoons for the tea/coffee so probably just wanted to save on the washing up. "

"A lovely change to stay in a historic property with character. Ideally situated for the Brixton Academy. The welcome on arrival was friendly. Our suite was amazing and included small details to make our stay special. All staff at the half moon were great and we had an excellent evening meal. The cooked to order breakfast was one of the best. Would definitely recommend this place to get away from the corporate offerings and experience some genuine hospitality. "

"This is such a treasure in central London! Just steps from Farringdon underground on the Elizabeth Line from Heathrow airport. Huge room with comfy bed; modern large bathroom with fluffy towels. "So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"
