"Location to train station and nearby dining was fantastic. Vibrant and great vibe. The property didn’t have enough comfortable seating for a family of 4 though. One of the main reasons I booked the property was for the washer/dryer however could not for the life of me work out how to use the dryer even using Google translate to hover over the text, It ran for almost 6 hours and clothes still came out damp. I found the small details annoying, not enough space in the shower room to place dry...

"A very good place to stay for our family of 4 on a quiet and convenient street in the Shinjuku district of Tokyo. Convenient grocery stores and all the amenities we needed in the apartment. Good manual from host on how to locate the place and use it well.. Like most places in Tokyo, it is compact but it does the job of a clean and comfortable place to stay while seeing the city."

"Good location near Shibuya station. However, the room was terribly small. There was no space to open your large luggages especially during winter. In addition, the room was located on the 4th level. There is no elevator and expect to carry all your luggages through a small metal staircases. It was extremely difficult to carry. Overall, it is overprice."

"This property is well appointed. Host provided all essentials and instructions about rental and surrounding area. Clean. Air conditioning worked well. Great location for exploring Tokyo. Anyone who rents needs to be able to handle steep stairs to main floor and very steep and narrow stairs to loft."
