"What a beautiful Victorian home. Very welcoming. Snacks and coffee were available downstairs. I was given a free upgrade to room #3 with a fantastic king bed and fireplace. There were great big towels, lots of hot water and great pillows. This property is in within walking distance of downtown right on the main street. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a really neat vintage Victorian home."

"Enjoyed our stay in the Cherub room, both the room & house was decorated perfectly. Breakfast was delicious! Especially loved the wrap around deck, sitting on the rocking chairs drinking coffee in the morning. Our host Brendan gave us some awesome suggestions on local things to do and we tried several and was so much fun!! "

"We loved this house. Mark is so kind and easy to communicate with. The neighbors are great. We were here during a winter storm and one of the neighbors kept the sidewalk and walkway cleared which was very appreciated. Unfortunately our visit to Ludington was under not so great circumstances and we were in and out often, we were so grateful to come back and relax in a cozy home. We highly recommend!"
