"Just a good clean place to stay. Love the in room whirlpool tub. Stayed here at the beginning of Christmas break and liked it so much we cam back at the end of Christmas break for a two night stay. The towns to the east and west have outstanding food places. Big John’s pizza, The Gnarly Heifer, San Marcos and Gary’s restaurant…just for I name a few."

"We stayed here for a funeral and the staff was so helpful, friendly, considerate and compassionate. The rooms are also oversized vs a typical hotel. We had 2 queen beds and a king bed and the room was large width with a table and desk and dressers. Clean hotel also."

"We stayed with other family members for New Year’s Eve. It was fantastic!! They had snacks and party gear out in the evening, the pool was clean and the kids had fun in the arcade. We were thrilled to have a late check out on New Years Day. The staff was great, our room was huge and clean. We didn’t make it down to breakfast, but the area looked great. We’ll definitely be back!!"

"If you love nature, seclusion and fantastic views of Lake Michigan, then you will love this house/property! Also, we have rented a lot of VRBOs over the years and typically you’re left with like 2 trash bags, one extra roll of TP, and no other house keeping amenities. These hosts have it all for your stay, which is enormously appreciated and goes a long way IMO. We will definitely be back! Only thing I would note is that the walkway is steeper than it appears in pics and could be an issue for the elderly. Thanks for sharing your amazing home!"

"Our family was very pleased with our stay at the Eagles nest. It was a very warm & cozy cabin with beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed walking down to the beach with a cup of coffee & our dogs. Lots of memories made and our kids were asking when we could come back and sad to leave. It was my husband and sons first time hunting too so the Eagles Nest will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Highly recommend this place and they communicated wonderfully. Thank you for being an amazing host!"
