"This was our first trip to Japan and we expected small rooms so we travelled light, with just carry-on baggage. And the rooms were small, but ample and cozy for our needs. The location was great, close to everything, or just a short walk away from the transport needed. The rooms were quiet, the bed comfortable and shower really good. The on-site onsen was a treat. Most importantly, however, the staff were super friendly and wanted to help when needed."
