"Staff were amazing. Very welcoming and friendly. The room was dark and there was a noisy generator outside that switched on and off. I was offered another room the next morning. Food was good as was the service. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Cromwell Arms recently. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and amenities. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choice, and the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to Romsey and conveniently located in the area. Highly recommended!"

"We love this place, very comfortable. Food is amazing, however we did find our breakfast a little cold at times. Our room was very cosy but maybe could do with a deep clean in the bathroom. There was a drain odour, but that could havd been the toilet brush that was absolutely rank. Not what you expect to see when stepping out of the shower. We really had a great relax. Many thanks"
